Inmiddels mag ik mijzelf officieel &#8216;yogadocent&#8217; noemen. Ik weet niet of deze titel de lading dekt, maar dat is wellicht iets voor een andere blog \ud83d\ude42 Waar ik het nu over wil hebben, zijn de asanas; de houdingen.
